Valley View Medical Center-Dr Thapedi

It was very noteworthy that Dr. Isaac Thapedi is now practicing in another hospital only a short distance away from where he damaged so many patients. By way of manipulations he has avoided state agency actions, but when the patient next one goes south many will know why and who to blame. The greed factor over-rides ethical and moral rules and will stand-out as the deadly sin by which he is now well known for.

I am not sure where you get

I am not sure where you get your information but nobody can be this accurate unless you got an inside line. http://www.nursehomesupplies.com is presently blank but the weak and desperate kiss his ass. Do you know who they are?? I know you do know them, but you certainly can not be one of them? But the local word is VVMC sure went down a notch when they allowed him to showed up. You are not just a casual blogger? you've been down this road before!!

Naturally I have an inside

Naturally I have an inside line, also here as well. Our Canadian brothers share some of the same stories and the master here allows righteous postings when identifying these kinds of hacks who to hurt our loved ones. And Karla John I will say to you to keep up the good work and never ever let that quack get the best of your friends. We all know what he has done, and about to do it again.

It is a hospital's

It is a hospital's responsibility to assure patients are receiving quality care by providing privileges to well-qualified, competent physicians. Based on what I have read on this website, I can’t imagine why they would give this doctor privileges. They could be held responsible if he should cause harm to a patient.

Sounds good here but getting the offending party on the carpet is something corporate America is all about, and it isn't going to happen. It frequently has to be done over and over again, lawyers these people have are 'the firm' incarnate. I know this physician's history and he has turned out some unusual, incompetent cases. But corporate America in Arizona bury their mistakes.

It can get complicated

It can get complicated especially with a physician let Dr. Thapedi. Clinically his reputation is established with other nearby physicians who simply won't refer their pts to him. He will have mediocre success with minor surgeries but the length of time it takes him to do the large cases is frequently out of anesthesia safety ranges. Older pts often require cardiac clearance from a cardiologist who has already been either stung or won't clear a pt for a 10-14hr case. A much younger surgeon will do the same case in 3 hrs. The next neurospine surgeon is in Las Vegas, about 2hrs away and some pts don't want to travel and so they take the chance. He is not an employee at Valley View Medical Center and therefore must cover his own expenses and will need the business to remain in business. However, one 'in the know' physician claimed prescription pain medicines maybe all the business he needs.

It seems clear that the exit of Alan Peters, and another G.I. surgeon has brought Valley View Med Ctr to a place of lesser quality. The currant CEO is not liked and is considered not an approachable person. Its been about a year, or little more, when you drove by there and for a week county sheriffs vehicles were in the 6-7 count? Few people had knowledge of that event but not long after the place slowly deteriorated with business and staff. When Dr. Thapedi showed up the staff was pained even more. The census has been low and now that there is no more urology, to which VVMC was very good at, it will probably get worse. Some staff members have had unusual thoughts about why Dr. Thapedi is even there. His demise at WARMC is well known and considering his advanced age coupled with that gross social luggage; what for??

The significant factor

The significant factor related to this case is the immune capabilities of the surgeon involved related to being reported to the authorities for action? A point to be made for any new patient would say, "Well, he is a doctor in good standing with the agencies that have control to allow him to do what he does". The answer to that is there really is no monitoring and what investigations are done are poor and in some cases illegal. Which in this case the glove fits. The Arizona Medical Board could clear Dr. Thapedi of any wrong doing and document interviews with witnesses whom have never been interviewed. That investigator would be Danielle Steger, AMB, who would then put a U.S. Postal stamp on that document and mail it which would end up in Mohave Superior Court in Kingman, Az. We don't know that Danielle gets a new mustang every other year but being a gambler I would say so. So the NSA can scrutinize every phone call and email of private citizens looking for terrorists but the real terrorists exists unobstructed right within our own systems. Like who watches the watchers? The WatchDogs are aware and talk to people who care about their own patients. Valley Views' fate with this surgeon has tentacles that reach into the souls of real doctors who care and no longer want any connection with either of them.

No matter where you look

No matter where you look today the medical world is in a shamble; just all over. Few countries in the world have the quality they had 25yrs ago. The U.S. is now 37th on the world scale of quality with medicalmals and overtreatments taking over the third leading cause of death from what used to be accidents. The best treatment in the U.S. is no treatment or go to your grandmother for advice, you'll probably will live longer and save a lot of money.

Whatever the state corruption

Whatever the state corruption is up to is broken and has been broken for a long time, although there is a course to fix it. Are you ready for the course? I am.

Educating the general public

Educating the general public about the corruption in its local government sometimes is a painful process and nothing quite corrupts absolutely as power, and of course money. One would expect that a posting page like this would have little effect because it is stuck among st billions of other web pages. And for the most part that is true. However, education is also a source of power and the ability to spread the truth about corrupt judges, unscrupulous lawyers and bad doctors may require more of the 'other course'. The ability http://www.ratemds.com to be recognized by the world needs the education to help bring it forward. The search engines need help with linking this page to another and to another which elevates its ranking. Although I won't reveal the rest of the help as ratemds has already an extremely high rating. However, with 60 billion pages out here it still needs help to bring up, say "Crooked cop, Lt.Smith" really doesn't get a hit on a search for lt.Smith. Although it does if it gets linked with other high ranking sites. So if somebody types in,"What do you call a doctor who puts a hole in the esophagus and doesn't tell anybody"? Now who would type that in? Nobody, of course. Except keyword phrases are all over this page. Those keyword phrases are linked to another site, and another and another; all high rated sites. So 'Bad Doctor', 'corrupt Arizona Medical Board' 'Danielle Steger' Peter Psareus, Martin Rogers, eventually get the recognition they so deserve. So instead of the facts being hid on the page 250 million it becomes top ten when their names are queried. There is more to this process, and time being one of them. Most of the medical community know about the bad doctor, bad judges and lawyers, but more of the uninformed will know. So knowledge is power and the truth is power.

And the importance that so

And the importance that so many close connected organizations which exist as above get tainted with badness when in fact they get caught up in trying to doi their jobs. Somebody comes along and claims corruption, and it sure looks like it, but it doesn't make sense that they would jeopardize themselves and the safety of the community by allowing the status quo to move on. The evidence truly speaks for itself, and many times behind closed doors. I mean if went to the tire-changing shop and got a lesser tire out of unscrupulous means that subsequently caused a fatal accident, would the evidence be covered up? But if the offender is a doctor working for a big corp., then what?? It seems so many around this case, and this doctor get burned in some way or another. I don't think those mentioned above are all bad.
The anonymity of 758? Sounds like somebody with a conscience. Somebody with some computer knowledge as well. Interesting.

I know this case very well and it has interesting other followers as well. The research done about the involved physician clearly makes him an incompetent physician. Having a few mistakes in a career is human. Having many is not, then covering up a sentinel event is criminal. Bullhead City is a corrupt jerkwater town and the players break America, and the American health system as well. The is no justice in the Bullhead City world, there will be justice in the next world.

This case has been reviewed

This case has been reviewed and been brought forward in many social and legal arenas by many different people. Much of the community in western Arizona is clearly aware of its existence which has caused more than simple curiosity to be raised by several cultural groups and subgroups. There are those wishing harm to come to the writers as the physicians feel that ratemds allows these articles/postings to cause harm to businesses practices. I would clearly quote a successful physician who says, "I could care less what posters on ratemds.com say, my clinical skills and successes speak for themselves." And so if it isn't the truth he would simply not respond or even be concerned. He wouldn't fret with attorneys. Its the bad doctor whom is paranoid. Subsequently the truth hurts the business, which it should.

Continuing through the regime

Continuing through the regime of multiple postings and reviews by either the legal system or clinical staffing is one of the methods for society to assess the issues. This case has had its reviews and should be considered done. Whatever those involved people decided, good or bad, there is a road to redemption that can only be traveled by those who created the map. Letting it go and finding a peaceful resolution and avoiding a repeat should now be addressed for all those concerned.

The physician here is a sociopath, thats the only way to support such repetitive behavior. He was jettisoned from the surgical services at Valley View way too late and destroyed their reputation and they have been on the verge of closing due to lack of business. Interestingly enough the CEO Rick Carter was let go soon there after. The hospital lost money trying to kill patients with this doctor. Imagine that.

Patient's head fell off and the doctor said it was OK. Nurse didn't want to say anything as Thapedi has a reputation of suing everybody if they call him a quack. Baaaa Baaaa Baaaa

Considering what is going on through out Arizona, this story is just one of the many corrupted cases being brought forward. Banner Health and other, large for profit corporations, are controlling many of the governmental agencies which are designed to protect the public. You can forget that fact. Going into the health care system is now known for poor care at an inflated cost. Good Luck you are going to need it.

I am not sure if the system

I am not sure if the system will allow for linking but if so, this page, as with many created by nurses clearly demonstrates the corruption of those agencies specifically created to protect the public.https://www.facebook.com/pages/Arizona-State-Board-of-Nursing-Corruption/687108521368987?ref=hl

The social media has helped

The social media has helped in getting the word out and The Senate Sub-Committee On Public Safety And Patient Safety are again reporting these types of tragedies to the law makers that can make a difference. Although their well acknowledged complaint for the health care system to avoid using the Congressional Act of 2005 to avoid the present day situations is a major block. If you don't report and identify these kinds of errors the root cause analysis program is useless and another tragedy with the same individuals is just down the road. The Chair Senator Bernie Sanders made it clear that the profit venue infects the system.
