Rating Feedback for Dr. Vettese (2556487)

'This office used to be pleasant to go to, until the change in reception. I called to change and apt, and was told "what do you want me to do about it". This is completely unprofessional. I know that Dr Vetesse is busy, but being rude to your patients isn't a way to keep them. She asked me if wanted an apt sooner or later, and so I said sooner, and she came back with September 2013. I guess sooner no longer became an option. I will not be returning to this doctor!'

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with the new staff. If I knew who you were I would take the time to talk to you. We have addressed the situation. Appreciate the feed back.

Your new recptionist wouldn't

Your new recptionist wouldn't let me talk to you and I even asked for you by name.
Now, my apt was in Sept, but since I was so flustered I just wrote down the information on a piece of paper, and have since lost it. I have been trying to get in touch with your office for over a month, I have even stopped in a couple of times with no luck of anyone being around to help me. I need to get this apt done for my endo. But I need to be able to talk to someone to be able to find out what we are going to do. I don't know how to leave you my info without it being left all over this website. I have also tried faxing you, but the fax will not go through,

Hello Lisa,

I called again today and asked to speak with you, but was not allowed. I even told your receptionist that you wanted to talk to me about the issue I had, and she still would not let me talk to you as "Lisa does not talk to patients". I have faxed over my information to your office while I was on the phone with your receptionist, hoping that you will get a copy and call me to discuss.
