'I have never had a worse experience with a doctor and his staff. The secretary was rude on the phone when I called to inquire as to when my appt. would be. She said we missed our appt. No one ever contacted me to say we had one! Then when we finally got in, this dr. was rude, abrupt and extremely unpersonable. I almost laughed during the appt. it was so bad! My sister also took her son and had the very same reaction as me. She is now booked to see a specialist in Kelowna as she will not return to Dr. Filatov either.'

I must say that his MOA is awesome....she must have a hard time putting up with him
