Rating Feedback for Dr. MacDonald (1528844)

The rating:
'Dr. Macdonald is rude, condescending, and cares only about the money. The 'treatment plan' he made up for me was ridiculous (and would cost thousands) keeping in mind I have only had a few cavities in my lifetime, and nothing bothering me. He treats his staff terribly - right in front of myself and other patients, which is extremely unprofessional and embarrassing for everyone there. The office appears outdated and messy and most importantly 'unclean'. Equipment is old and very 'used' and dirty looking. I will not be returning for any of this apparent 'work' I need done and will be getting a second opinion at a newer, cleaner, friendlier office.'

I apologize if the treatment plan wasn't what you had in mind. Certain things like gum disease can lead to jaw bone loss and eventually teeth - but not produce noticeable symptoms - often when it's too late. Would be more than happy to discuss the details of your treatment if you would like, just give me a call. Also, you are right, treating other people terribly is unprofessional and uncalled for. I'm not sure what specific incident you are referring to, but would be more than happy to go over what happened.
