Rating Feedback for Dr. Redd (2564627)

'I never even got a chance to try this service in person. Dr Redd says in his videos, please email me with questions. I did and never got a reply. Then I called for the free consultation and after about 60 seconds into the questionnaire, the receptionist said she had to go for a minute. I was on hold for a while, then she came back and told me she would have to ask the doctor if they could even help me. They say they care and that they take their time assessing your situation more than other doctors, but they obviously didn't care at all if they rejected me before even finishing the questionnaire. I do have low thyroid and other autoimmune conditions and now I have no idea why they turned me down before even knowing my whole situation. Very disappointing.'

Now, I realize that I was too hasty in making the comment above. They did call me back a little while later and said they could help me after all. And they have been very professional ever since. Dr. Redd even called me personally to make sure I was being well taken care of. He spent a great deal of time with me discussing my issues and I did feel very cared for. Now, I'm sorry that I gave them a bad review. I am now very excited to try their services and, if all goes well, which I expect it will, I plan to give them a great review.
