'Over billed me for services back in December 2011. Every time I try to get it resolved I'm given the run around that the person who handles billing is not in the office. Left numerous messages with no return call. Still not resolved a year later.'

After hearing about my issue, Dr. Eisenband immediately took care of it. He apologized and credited me the full amount that I paid. He was very gracious and apologetic. A true gentleman. Would highly recommend his office to everyone.
