Thank you for your kind remarks. Very appreciated. It sounds as though you are among a group of patients who the hospital's administrative staff failed to contact for follow up. This has occurred outside of my own personal control and affected a number of my patients. It he hospital has worked to make the necessary changes to prevent this from occurring again. I am sorry that you have been inconvenienced. I follow up on every one of my patients who has been told to expect a follow up appointment.

While I cannot control the administrative staff, I can only apologize that this has happened to you.
