I do remember now, I know you. you called my office the same day that i got you in. I have always see you when you wanted to and worked you into our schedule. however, the day you called, I did not have the time avalible that you wanted. You were upset that I could not see you at 5 PM because I already had scheduled patients. We did see You at 4 PM instead. So I think you are upset that I did not reschedule my other patents to see you when it was convenient for you. I am sorry to see you go but more sorry that you have stooped down to this level of slander. Also tell your boyfriend not to prank call the office anymore. I will press charges for harrassment. Did you ever make a effort to contact me directly to know why the customer service was so bad? the only way I can fix issues is for me to know about it. I wish sites like this would require a true identifying element so people cant. just dump reviews whether good or bad without recourse. I can assure who ever this is that we pride ourselves in my practice to make every single person feel welcome as a patent. We are not perfect but understand where frustration can arise from not getting ones way on a insurance claim or a time which I may not have available times in my schedule, because we respect other peoples schedules as well. please be specific if you are going to smear my name!
