Rating Feedback for Dr. Romanescu (2528557)

'This is the worst doctor ever. I have to start with her working routine. I think she works only about 26 hours a week. That makes her a part-timer. Her staff is sooo lazy and laid back. No one ever answers the phone in her office or follows up if your happen to leave a message. Dr. Romanescu only likes to do physical exams in the mornings. Unfortunately, a lot of people only find time in the afternoos because of their busy schedules, which include WORKING FULL TIME. Talking to Dr. Romanescu about your problems, either serious or some small concerns, is a total waste of time. She is very dismissive and always knows best. She spends most of her time glued to that computer of hers instead of actually examining the patient. She is a note taker, but she actually does not take care about YOU. Dr. Romanescu does not want to send patients for any tests or check-ups as in her opinion it is never necessary. I would get more care and attention from any other doctor at a walking clinic. Shameful!'

We do physicals any time of the day.
Whoever needs a physical gets an appointment within a week.
If the staff is with a patient you are directed to leave a message.
Messages are answered within 24 hours.
We have electronic medical charts which means all the records and notes are entered on the computer.
The office is open 40 hours a week except 1 hour at lunch.
