Rating Feedback for Dr. Maher (1150766)

The rating:
'I can understand the previous comments to a point, but ultimately, a doctor's job is not to be your best friend. And, particularly in the case of neurological disorders, it's better to err on the side of caution than to allow someone who might be prone to seizures or blackouts onto our roads. My advise? Suck it up. This man's job is to deliver 'bad news' sometimes. I lost my license for over a year after having 2 seizures. Dr. Maher never treated me poorly, his office always returned my calls. It seems like people have a problem with him doing his job. If he didn't suspend a license and someone drove, had a seizure, died, then we'd see who's tune changed pretty quick. The brain is the most important organ in the body, and it's functions are still largely a mystery, so it's better to keep the public safe by suspending a license than to risk multiple deaths at the risk of inconveniencing an individual.'

My advice? Learn to spell. What kind of adult is incapable of spelling advice? How many cases of car accidents have we seen where a doctor is held liable. NONE.
