'I tried to give Dr. Berg the benefit of the doubt but I continued to be throughly disappointed. After two weeks into my treatment I was then given the famous Blue folder which included all the instructions on diet and exercise. After asking my practictioner what exactly should I be eating during this treatment, she said refer to the blue folder, I said what blue folder? To make ammends to the oversight I was gifted five additional sessions. Basically restarted my program. I began to get hopeful again. After getting the folder and reviewing it I realized that the diet was not vegetarian friendly and then called the office to gain clairication. The secretaries are trained to filter calls. This made it very difficult to gain the information from a practioner. When I went in for my treatment I mentioned this to my practioner and she informed me that she did not know anything about it. The followup and communication are very poor. Not worth the money!'
