Rating Feedback for Dr. BANKHEAD (2427572)

The rating:
'All of the fillings Dr. Bankhead did for me needed to be redone about 6 months later. Jason behind the front desk can be very moody, but the dental hygienist, Shelley maybe(?), was always so friendly. Dr. Bankhead has no personality - he comes in the room and gets right down to business. It'd be nice if he were a bit more personable and didn't have his receptionist do all of the explaining afterwards.'

We have never had a patient contact us regarding this particular issue but I have yet to diagnose such a situation on a patient. If fillings need replacement due to faulty placement, we replace them at no charge. If they need to be replaced due to poor homecare, they are the patient's responsibilty.
