'Surprised to see the dentist sitting up front with his feet up monday morning @ 10:40.Despite having an appointment was charged for an emergency exam!Dentist never introduced himself and when asked his name I was told "Kent everyone calls me Kent"? ARROGANT.Extremely unprofesional!167.00 to pull 1 tooth.Crazy'

I would find it refreshing to have a dentist ask me to call him by his first name. I think this makes him less arrogant rather than being ecpected to be called Doctor.He is very professional in any experiences I have had with him and does an amazing job. The post above is rude rude. Some people need to get a life rather than be negative about soemthing that they may not know the real story about.

You need to get a life and quit defending someone that chose to drive while drunk and ended up killing his passenger.I hope you never experience the pain and suffering that goes along with losing a friend or family member to an entirely preventable accident because some moron chose to drive while they were drunk.The only good thing about "Dr" Brooks is he didn't kill anyone else!!! He could've easily called a cab or had a designated driver that night.I wish you good luck when you have someone with such poor decision making skills take a drill to your teeth.

I have had a very tragic and personal loss, but I think this is not a website about mine, yours or even the Doctors personal life. It is to review the Doctor and staff and their abilities as a dentist. The article says there were two people in the car and neither called a cab or a dd. I don't know all the details of this and I'm not sure you would either , not everything on line or in the newspaper is 100% accurate I have learned through experience.
I am sorry for any loss any person has to go through under any circumstances.
As a note on my treatment it has gone very well and I am happy . I will return to the office.
I do not wish to comment any further on personal matters .
