'Spent 2 hours talking to me and my family about my psychiatric history, which those familiar with the system will know is practically unheard of. Did more for me in a week than the doctors at ELIH were able to do in 2 months. Dr. Castroll truly goes above and beyond; I recommend him wholeheartedly.'

I noticed your insurance is Medicaid. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars seeing this doctor and they told me he doesn't accept medicaid. BTW...he got me addicted to drugs. I owed him money and they denied me an appointment. Literally told me to ask my parents to pay some of the bill....and I'm 46 years old!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! Be careful.
