'I have to agree with some of the comments that the pricing for services were very expensive. The office manager insisted that I pay full costs for services before leaving the office even though I had insurance coverage. The hygenist insisted that my insurance would pay for another cleaning in four months which is not true it is every 9 months.'

As a patient, it is your responsibility to look into your dental insurance plan. Majority of dental plans cover scaling more than every 9 months. I have been a patient at this office for over 24 years and you get what you pay for-an excellent dentist who is passionate about what he does for a living. There are office policies and all patients follow them-paying upfront is one of them. Too bad you found him expensive as he follows the ontario dental association's fee guide.
