Rating Feedback for Dr. Lenchner (224011)

I AM SORRY THIS PATIENT WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE.
HOWEVER HE/SHE SEEMS TO NOT UNDERSTAND THEIR OWN HEALTH
PLAN'S REQUIREMENTS(TRICARE). THE PHYSICIAN DOES NOT APPROVE OR OK REFERRALS TO OTHER CONSULTANTS--THEIR OWN HEALTH PLAN DOES. SO IF THIS INDIVIDUAL IS NOT HAPPY WITH THE REFERRAL PROCESS, HE/SHE SHOULD KNOW AS A PHYSICIAN I AM FRUSTRATED AS WELL; AND THIS COMMENT WOULD BE MORE APPROPRIATELY ADDRESSED TO TRICARE. AS FAR AS TO "LET IT HEAL ON ITS OWN"-IT IS DIFFICULT TO RESPOND AS I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE PRESENTING COMPLAINT WAS (NOT STATED IN RATING). BUT MOST PATIENTS APPRECIATE A LOW IMPACT APPROACH-I DO NOT THROW MEDICATIONS AND PROCEEDURES AT EVERY PATIENT THAT COMES TO THE OFFICE. I DO ADMIT THE OFFICE DOES NOT ALWAYS RUN ON TIME. WE DO ARE BEST TO BE ON TIME, BUT SOMETIMES CIRCUMSTANCES IN A MEDICAL PRACTICE DO NOT MATCH THE CLOCK. I DO NOT BELIEVE IN A SIX MINUTE LARGE CLINIC STYLE OFFICE VISIT. IF THE PATIENTS'PROBLEMS REQUIRE MORE TIME, I WILL DO MY BEST TO STAY ON TIME BUT NOT PUSH PATIENTS THROUGH THE DOOR. THE STAFF AND I DO OUR BEST TO SPEND TIME AND EDUCATE THE PATIENTS ON THEIR PROBLEMS AND TREATMENT. THE PRACTICE RUNS MORE AS AN OLD FASHIONED STYLE FAMILY PRACTICE WHERE WE SPEND TIME WITH OUR PATIENTS.
